Best results are obtained when cooked fresh from the pack but you can freeze for up to 3 months. When opened the pack will keep fresh for 24 hours in the fridge. To Deep Fry we recommend using good quality vegetable oil and cooking at 190⁰. Domestic Fryers are ideal. To Oven Cook for truly Fat Free Chips we recommend 1 -2 sprays of a good quality light sunflower or olive oil and cook for 25 - 30 minutes at 190 / 200⁰
